The project includes the full depth reconstruction of 1.02 miles of East Cooke Road, from Karl Road to Cleveland Ave. This project will also construct curb and gutter, a 10′ wide asphalt shared-use path, a 5′ wide concrete sidewalk, storm sewer improvements, and highway lighting from Walford St. to Cleveland Ave.
