Pending approval from the Franklin County Commissioners at the Final Hearing, this project is a drainage improvement petition filed by landowners within the watershed. This project includes surface and subsurface drainage design and installation to relieve flooding on the private properties of the petitioners and provide an improved drainage outlet for Richardson Road.
