Improvements Include installation of a Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon on Norton Road at Owen Street and a sidewalk extension on Owen Street. The project also includes a sidewalk connection from Charring Cross Street to Prairie Norton Middle School. A speed table and rectangular rapid flashing beacons are being constructed at Amesbury Way and Schoolhouse Lane (Prairie Lincoln Elementary).
