Construct 4,100 feet of concrete sidewalk along both sides of the following streets in the Westbrook Subdivision: Westfield Drive, Westfield Drive South, Westfield Drive North, Marsdale Avenue, and Westbrook Drive. Work also includes curb ramps and driveway repairs. Construct 900 feet of concrete sidewalk along Chambers Road from Kenny Road to Hess Boulevard.
