Improving the existing and deficient offset intersection geometry by upgrading 0.26 miles of New Albany-Condit Road (SR-605) and 0.19 miles of Walnut Street by constructing a modern 2x1 multilane roundabout. The project also includes the installation of a culvert replacement, closed storm sewer system, street lighting, and various other improvements.
