Rehabilitate the existing Cooper Road Bridge over Noble Run. The project will include widening the bridge deck to accommodate a sidewalk on the east side of the bridge, which will close a gap in the existing sidewalk for City of Westerville, by replacing the existing beams with NEXT beams.
