The Director of Communications oversees and manages all external communications for the Franklin County Engineer’s Office, guaranteeing consistent and effective messaging. This role involves coordinating public information, digital communications, and media relations to maintain a positive public image. The Director also works to raise public awareness for various projects, events, and duties of the office, ensuring key stakeholders and the community are informed and engaged.
